Jayco G2-29BHS-Cover and lenght

Good morning everyone,
We will take delivery of our new Jayco G2 29BHS, late in May.

We want to buy a cover for it. We want to know which cover you highly recommended. We live in Ontario, Canada.

In our region nobody seem to have that model in stock so our biggest question what is the length of this unit including the ladder and the spare tire?

We want to buy the right size. Thank you

The length of that trailer from ball hitch to rear bumper is 30.5 ft. The spare tire adds another 10 inches. I do not know if the ladder sticks out more then the spare tire, but I`m guessing no. I do not cover mine, so no recommendations available on that. BTW welcome to the forum!

Welcome to the Jayco Owners Forum protege-five! We have the same tt, but opt not to cover ours (climate really doesn't dictate a need for it here nor does it sit long before we use it again). Search the forum and you find a thread regarding rv covers.... members opinions/experiences and pros/cons on having a cover. It offers a lot of good considerations to help you choose a cover. One thing I remember hearing was that you want the cover tight so the it doesn't move around in the wind (wear marks on the exterior develop). And a door opening on the cover so you can still access the inside with the cover on. See if you can find that thread when you can. Hope this helps some
